Brief Explanation of these two forms
You may ONLY move to OPEN class if you enter a class erroneously, example-entedred Bred By and you are not the breeder- you may move a bitch entered in the correct dog class over to the same bitch class--before the show starts
Corrections
The green form is to correct spelling, co-owners etc. Must match the most current dog registration paper from AKC. Provide at anytime during the show(s) Request for cancellation- Anytime before judging starts , example Mr. JuGray was deleted from the panel so Mrs. Purple was added. You may request your entry funds returned . Must be done before JUDGING starts for your breed/variety Bitch in season (performance trials) vet certified
NOHS owners must be current on the day the show closes. Chapter 11 section 3 Rules Applying to Dog Shows
If dog/bitch is entered in BBE and on that day AT the show the breeder falls- a substitute ( also a breeder of record)-may handle for the breeder -otherwise the dog must transfer to open
